We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Catalog Developer with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Service Catalog items within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITSM processes, ServiceNow scripting, and UI/UX best practices to deliver efficient and user-friendly catalog solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Design and develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Order Guides in ServiceNow
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Implement client scripts, UI policies and script includes to enhance catalog functionality
Ensure catalog items are aligned with ITIL best practices and organizational standards
Perform unit testing, UAT support, and deployment of catalog items across environments
Maintain documentation for catalog items, workflows, and customizations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to catalog performance, usability, and integration
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Service Catalog
Familiarity with ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Change, etc.)
