Job Description:

Play an important role in transforming ideas into solutions as part of the ASC team, working to deliver real world solutions desired by Clients. Join a highly respected team of IT consultants with opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibility:

Work with HR Practice Lead to develop, coordinate, integrate and implement best practice HR and related services
Deliver programs for customers
Partner with project teams to deliver enterprise service management solutions
Lead functional discovery and process workshops
Gather business requirements and translate into solution specifications
Document user stories/requirements based on customer processes/ServiceNow HRSD design
Define industry and client specific business processes and identify optimization opportunities
Advise on business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects
Develop functional process guides, workshop materials and techniques
Serve as business process SME throughout engagement lifecycle
Develop knowledge on additional ServiceNow modules

Requirements:

Strong understanding of ServiceNow
Demonstrable experience leading business process design workshops for HR, Workspace, Legal, and IT Service Delivery
Ability to create collateral (process workflows, presentations, workshop materials)
ServiceNow Certifications highly desired (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
Successful track record as an external consultant or internal governance/process lead
Strong Consulting Skills
Exceptional meeting & facilitation skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Proficiency with creating process diagrams/guides, use cases, and delivering client training

Nice to have:

4-year degree in HCM, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of Business Process consulting experience
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of ITIL and Agile framework
ServiceNow Fundamentals, PMP, Agile, Six Sigma and other professional certifications
