Servicenow Architect

• Define and maintain the overall solution architecture
• Ensure all implementations are technically robust and aligned with ServiceNow best practices
• Provide clear, high-quality architectural documentation
• Take ownership of the platform’s end-to-end architecture
• Work both strategically and operationally across design, implementation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with platform owner, business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and external partners
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term objectives
• Design and plan ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations
• Stay current with ServiceNow developments and proactively introduce new ideas
• Translate business requirements into solid technical designs
• Guide and support developers to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects
• Assess and evaluate existing implementations, providing clear recommendations for optimization
• Ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and easy to maintain through well-structured architectural governance

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Comfortable working end-to-end, from understanding business needs to delivering smart, scalable solutions
• Background as an architect, system administrator, or platform developer
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
• Solid knowledge of CSDM, software asset management, and building applications and integrations
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Sweden
