As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be involved in developing, designing and supporting the technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will provide administration, application development, integration with other IT services, maintenance, and technical support, using best practice web programming techniques to create robust solutions for utilising the ServiceNow platform.
Job Responsibility
Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform
Provide software development and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues
Requirements
10+ years of experience of ServiceNow Applications development or Product implementation experience
Expert in Service Now administration, configuration, and development (ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required)
Expert in developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, ServiceNow client and server-side scripting
Working experience with ServiceNow modules like PPM, CSM, GRC,ITOM, ITBM, ITSM is an added advantage
Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems
Expertise Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST API's
Certified System Admin Passport is mandatory
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Min. 1 Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications. CTA is great to have
Must have strong technical skills
Experience with REST, SOAP, and JavaScript
Must be Professional and a good team player
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication - (ENGLISH)
Exposure in running projects independently with customer
