Job Description:

In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules, with a focus on Enterprise Architecture capabilities. This is a long-term contract position offering opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and drive impactful solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture products, including application, technology, and information portfolio management
  • Align resources with organizational goals and streamline processes using ServiceNow modules
  • Optimize Service Portfolio Management, including business services, technology services, and service offerings
  • Oversee the implementation and enhancement of Digital Portfolio Management within ServiceNow
  • Integrate Service Mapping concepts, including tag-based mapping, into operational workflows
  • Manage and utilize foundational data within the ServiceNow platform, such as users, groups, and reference data
  • Develop and enhance integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and robust transformation techniques
  • Create workflows, scripted APIs, and perform development activities to customize ServiceNow solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture objectives
  • Provide technical expertise to support the operationalization of Enterprise Architecture capabilities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture product implementation
  • Strong understanding of Service Portfolio and Digital Portfolio Management
  • Familiarity with Service Mapping concepts and foundational data utilization within ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in API development and integration with external systems
  • Hands-on experience with scripting, workflow development, and ServiceNow customization
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET and .NET frameworks
  • Familiarity with AWS technologies and cloud-based solutions
  • Expertise in application architecture and enterprise system design
