Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to define end-to-end platform architecture across CSM, SPM, and Now Assist, ensuring scalability, governance, and alignment with enterprise strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define solution architecture and roadmap for CSM, SPM, and Now Assist
  • Lead discovery workshops and translate business vision into platform design
  • Establish architecture standards, guardrails, and governance
  • Design AI-enabled workflows leveraging Now Assist
  • Oversee integrations, data architecture, and security considerations
  • Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and estimation
  • Mentor tech leads and developers

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years ServiceNow experience, including architecture roles
  • Deep expertise in CSM and SPM solution design
  • Strong understanding of Now Assist / AI strategy in ServiceNow
  • Enterprise architecture mindset (scalability, security, performance)
  • Experience with multi-instance / multi-region deployments
  • Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
