Job Description:

The ServiceNow App Support Specialist, Integration Delivery position is primarily needed to support our Global ServiceNow application. This role requires an individual who can develop or recommend technical solutions, coordinate and resolve application incidents, and manage application enhancements. The candidate will need business analyst skills, leadership abilities, and a working understanding of Agile methodologies. Responsibilities also include establishing operational KPIs, managing vendor relationships, and implementing technical upgrades.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the strategic partner and external vendor teams
  • Meet with business users to analyze application enhancements and development change requests
  • Conduct regular team meetings with Strategic and External Vendors
  • Address technical related issues impacting commercial applications
  • Schedule recurring project/follow-up status meetings with business stakeholders, IT Leads, process teams and technical groups
  • Decisions on major enhancements or component expansions to ServiceNow
  • Direct daily technical operations
  • Establish operational KPIs using Intelligent Analytics
  • Propose and plan for yearly budgets
  • Collaborate with IT Finance on periodic checks on planned versus ‘actual’ spend variances
  • Set fiscal year goals and objectives aligned to global IT goals
  • Initiate improvement and innovation programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education level: University Degree [BS Architecture]
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years related experience
  • Required Language Proficiency: English
  • % Travel Time: 5%
