Job Description

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst I for a long-term assignment in Marysville, OH and high-profile project. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting the ServiceNow platform, ensuring smooth daily operations and assisting with global rollouts.

Job Responsibility

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for ServiceNow modules and enhancements
  • Assist in configuring ServiceNow features under the guidance of senior team members
  • Develop and maintain workflows, forms, UI policies, and simple scripts within the ServiceNow platform
  • Participate in testing activities, including creating test cases, executing tests, and tracking defects
  • Support data collection, validation, and migration tasks during regional rollouts
  • Provide onsite assistance for project teams and end users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Create and update project documentation, training materials, and user guides
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards, governance policies, and best practices

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT business analysis or application support
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, including coursework, certification, or hands-on experience
  • Basic understanding of processes such as Incident, Request, and Change Management
  • Exposure to JavaScript or willingness to learn ServiceNow scripting fundamentals
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the duration of the project

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or progress toward certification is preferred
  • Experience with enterprise applications, system rollouts, or Agile methodologies is a plus
