Job Description

Beacon Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst/Developer for our client partner. The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet business requirements. This role involves writing and maintaining scripts, creating workflows, and configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, and SPM. The developer works closely with business analysts and other technical teams to ensure that the platform integrates smoothly with existing systems and processes. Additionally, the ServiceNow Developer performs testing, debugging, and ensures the platform's functionality aligns with user needs and organizational goals. Preference is experience with SecOps.
