Ergo are pleased to offer an opportunity for a ServiceNow Administrator, joining a newly established ServiceNow Practice. In this role, you will be involved in on-boarding and supporting customers on the ServiceNow Cloud (SaaS) platform, using the first TPSM deployment outside of North America.
Job Responsibility:
Support and implement solutions for internal and external stakeholders
Business analysis and process engineering
Identify problems and design solutions and recommendations on system enhancements
Configure and customise the ServiceNow instance to meet the organization's specific needs
Create and manage workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes
Set up and manage user roles, permissions, and access control
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the platform
Collaborating with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools
Monitoring and optimizing the performance and scalability of the ServiceNow instance
Requirements:
Previous experience with ServiceNow
Knowledge of JavaScript / AngularJS
Experience with database design and models
Experience administering ServiceNow platform core functionality in some / all of the following: VA administration
