Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations, customer service, vendor services, inventory, writing repair orders
  • Remedy customer complaints promptly

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in a customer service position for automotive is necessary
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
  • Strong communication skills
