Job Responsibility

  • Drive embedded change execution, assessing impacts, supporting adoption, and preparing teams for successful go-live
  • Ensure service transition and operational readiness, including runbooks, support models, and handover to BAU teams
  • Lead business analysis and process mapping across cyber remediation initiatives, defining requirements, controls, and future-state operating models
  • Partner across Cyber, IT Risk, SecOps, and vendors to translate technical changes into clear business outcomes
  • Support delivery by managing dependencies, risks, and readiness gaps across multiple initiatives
  • Strengthen control embedding and audit readiness, ensuring solutions are documented, owned, and sustainable

Requirements

  • Strong experience in cyber security programs, service transition, business analysis, or risk remediation within complex environments
  • Proven ability to drive change and transition initiatives without dedicated change resources
  • Solid understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ASD Essential Eight, SOCI)
  • Confidence working across technical and business teams, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and organisational skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
