Support post-implementation reviews and embed lessons learned into improved transition and change practices
Produce clear status, risk, and readiness reporting for senior technology leadership
Requirements:
5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
ITIL Foundation (V3 or V4)
Strong understanding of ITSM / ITIL change lifecycle and governance
Experience working in large-scale, complex, regulated technology environments or Financial Services

Exposure to permit-to-operate, service acceptance, or transition gating models
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tooling
SRE, production engineering, or DevOps background, particularly the ability to understand and challenge NFR compliance
Experience or strong conceptual understanding of treating NFRs as code, including the use of automation or AI-assisted analysis to validate resiliency, performance, observability, and readiness prior to production onboarding
