Job Description:

Service Transition and Change Assurance Specialist role in Global Payments & Liquidity Technology platform team ensuring smooth transitions of applications and infrastructure across payments estate with focus on production readiness, non-functional requirements, and robust change control

Job Responsibility:

Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
Contribute to increasing system efficiencies and lowering human intervention time
Review and analyze operational support systems, application software, and system management tools
Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging understanding of technical process controls
Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and achieve highest systems availability

Requirements:

4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
ITIL Foundation V3/V4
Strong working knowledge of the ITIL change lifecycle
Experience reviewing technology changes for readiness and risk
Exposure to Permit-to-Operate or service transition gates
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Understanding of production operations or SRE/DevOps contexts
PRINCE 2/PMP

Nice to have:

PRINCE 2/PMP certification
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Understanding of production operations or SRE/DevOps contexts
