Service Technician

Vestas Wind are looking for an enthusiastic electrician to join our fantastic team at Kennedy Energy Park. This is a fantastic role to work on one of the few wind & solar combined farms in Australia. As a wind service technician you will have the opportunity to work on state of the art infrastructure among a huge national team of expert techicians. Specifically at KEP you will get the opportunity to maintain and service wind turbines and solar panels. All training, tools and clothing are provided along with a very highly cometitive salary. This role is for an A Grade Electrician to work with our collaborative service team as a technician. The successful candidate will be required to relocate to the Hughenden area. The department is a small team environment based on site at Kennedy Energy Park. The technicians report to the site supervisor and are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the wind turbines in accordance with the contract. Support is provided by an administrator and a planner with KPIs given by the Service Manager. Vestas are the global leader in wind power solutions.
