Job Description

Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified Great Place to Work® in Europe for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Service Technician to join the Unox Service team. This position will be responsible for installing and maintaining Unox equipment at our customers' sites in Belgium.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or when travelling across Belgium
  • Oversee all aspects related to on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functional testing of Unox equipment
  • Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions
  • Train customers on the proper use of Unox equipment
  • Prepare detailed and comprehensive service reports after each intervention

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the electromechanical field
  • Willingness to travel around Belgium (up to 80% of the time)
  • Entry-Level (<2 years)
