Service Technician

• Servicing insulation, drywall, taping, texture repairs and/or scopes of work
• Moving materials and scaffolding as directed
• Maintaining site cleanliness during scope of work
• Upholding and protecting the high-quality standards of Empire Envelope Ltd.
• Representing Empire Envelope Ltd. when dealing with builders, homeowners, and trades
• Tracking of hours and scope of work completed at every job for tracking and billing
• Providing feedback to direct manager regarding overall quality of work and/or site issues
• Maintaining weekly vehicle inspections
• Ensuring hazard assessments are filled out, proper PPE is worn and safety concerns are reported
• Promoting and enforcing a safe work environment
• Working with all team members and divisions, as needed

• 1+ year of experience in insulation, drywall and general construction
• Previous experience with taping, texture and painting
• Great communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Must maintain a clean class 5 drivers licence with clean abstract at all times
• Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

• Previous experience working for a homebuilder/drywall company is preferred
• Previous supervisory/personnel management experience is preferred
