As a Service Technician for French-speaking Switzerland, you will bring our innovative parking management and access control solutions to life. You commission the systems, support our customers and make sure that everything runs smoothly – with a lot of autonomy, trust and variety in everyday life.

Job Responsibility

  • Installing, commissioning and maintaining our systems throughout French-speaking Switzerland
  • Troubleshoot and restore plant operation with your technical expertise
  • Supporting and training customers – on-site and in our Sion office
  • Ensure clear reporting and careful documentation
  • Establish clear service reports
  • Participate in the on-call service

Requirements

  • CFC electronics technician or equivalent training
  • Strong knowledge of networks and databases
  • Practical work and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer orientation skills
  • Autonomy, flexibility and team spirit
  • Domiciled in Switzerland (preferably the Lake Geneva region)
  • Driver's license
  • Languages: fluent French
  • Professional-level English
