Service Technician

• Perform screen and window repairs, including rescreening and glass replacement
• Handle sharpening services for knives, blades, and garden tools
• Assist with basic power equipment maintenance, particularly on STIHL products
• Deliver excellent customer service by guiding customers through repair options
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Manage incoming service requests and maintain accurate repair records
• Stay updated on product knowledge and repair techniques

• Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in repair/maintenance roles
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment
• Experience with STIHL or small engine repair is a plus (training available)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
