Job Responsibility:

  • Technical Service & Maintenance: Deliver timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis on SKIDATA equipment and sites
  • Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission new access systems across VIC, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Administration: Accurately complete work orders, installation documentation, warranty forms, and parts management in ServiceNow
  • Customer Support: Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing technical advice and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • OHS & Professionalism: Maintain high standards of safety, presentation, and equipment upkeep, while identifying and reporting hazards promptly

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a service, maintenance, or installation role
  • Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Advanced Electronics (or working towards one)
  • Strong computer literacy and programming skills
  • Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to continuous learning
