As a Service Technician supporting Aramark Refreshments, you’ll ensure the reliable operation, service, and repair of vending and OCS equipment that delivers coffee, beverages, and foodservice solutions to offices and client locations. Your work directly supports customer satisfaction by keeping equipment clean, functional, and operating to company and manufacturer standards. This is a hands‑on technical role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing equipment while working in a customer‑focused environment where responsiveness, quality, and uptime matter.
Job Responsibility:
Service and repair all types of equipment pertaining to both OCS and Vending accounts to meet company standards, using all service and repair notices and stickers
Install and maintain all specialized equipment as required while meeting established targets set by the management team
Clean machines, parts, and accessories to meet equipment and manufacturer standards
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the Service Department
Respond to all service calls within 4 hours to meet client needs and expectations
Communicate effectively with all customers in a professional manner to properly represent Aramark Canada Ltd., using all service and repair stickers as required
Serve as a relief driver when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team
Attend Staff and Health & Safety meetings
Participate in Service Stars, WHMIS, and other training as required
Requirements:
Basic technical aptitude with hands-on experience servicing electronic and refrigerated equipment
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (driver's abstract required)
Energetic, reliable, and physically capable of performing a hands-on service role
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers
