Job Responsibility:

  • Service Signage and Lighting Systems: Service, and repair a variety of sign systems, including illuminated signs, digital displays, and outdoor signage
  • Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including ladders, drills, and other hand tools
  • Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability
  • Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met

Requirements:

  • Experience in sign service and installation or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Problem-solving ability and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders
