Within our team, the Service Technician is on the front line in field service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with an exceptional service experience and thereby ensuring that we as a company can professionally meet customer requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Technical service including identification, analysis, diagnosis and rectification of technical faults and malfunctions on TOYODA machines on-site at our customers' premises
Installation of new machines and their commissioning within Germany and other European countries
Service and repair of all TOYODA machines as well as their automation and accessory components
Central contact person for all technical questions of our customers
Documentation of all work processes
Requirements:
Completed training as a mechatronics technician, industrial electronics technician or comparable
Professional experience as a service technician in the field would be an advantage
Extensive experience in servicing CNC machine tools as well as safe handling of CNC controls (Fanuc)
Knowledge of electrics and electronics as well as mechanics, PLC, hydraulics and Pneumatics
Good English language skills
Willingness to travel
