Job Description:

Joining a team of Service Support Reps in a digital and dynamic environment, assisting international guests and ensuring exceptional service during emergencies or sensitive situations while advancing career growth opportunities within TUI.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively inform and communicate with guests digitally
support international guests in sensitive, complex, or emergency situations
uncover holiday needs and match with the right service solution
monitor and celebrate success via target updates and guest feedback
learn destination team job roles.

Requirements:

Right to work in Dominican Republic
speak English
driving license
conversational in English
willingness to learn job demands, technology, and products
highly independent
organized
efficient
team player.
