Job Description:

Become a part of our famous TUI Destination Team as a Service Support Rep. You will inform guests digitally, provide support in complex or emergency situations, uncover guest needs, and monitor success. Job Responsibility:

Pro-actively inform and communicate with guests in a digital way
support international guests in more complex, sensitive, or emergency situations that need that extra special attention
uncover guests holiday needs and match them with the right service solution
monitor and celebrate success with regular target updates and guest feedback results
learn more about all TUI Destination Team job roles as we identify and match your skills to the most suitable jobs

Requirements:

A consistently happy colleague and great team player
a highly engaging communicator - confident and remaining calm and empathetic in a crisis or difficult situations
willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible products & services
fully conversational in English and have a driving license - extra languages will be helpful
highly independent, organized, and efficient and represent our ‘TUI Smile’ at all times

Salary starting at $216,300.00 MXN gross/year
commission on top
