Job Description

We are looking for a Service Support Integration Specialist to own the technical integration and operational stability of complex enterprise services, from early demand intake through delivery and into live operations. You’ll sit at the crossroads of delivery, integration, and live support, with real ownership and real impact. If you enjoy keeping complex systems aligned, stable, and moving forward — this role is for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end service integration across development, testing, and support
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for changes, incidents, and escalations
  • Validate and shape incoming demands early, ensuring feasibility and clear technical direction
  • Coordinate multiple teams and partners to ensure smooth delivery and stable operations
  • Drive issue resolution and crisis management when things don’t go as planned
  • Ensure services are well-documented, tested, and production-ready

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of IT service following all the best practices recommended by ITILv4 framework
  • Guarantee that the ecosystem related to Data Integration platforms will be maintained up to date and therefore will monitor, patch and guarantee the security implementation of the company rules to safeguard our key ecosystem from potential breakdowns and/or malicious attacks
  • Data Integration Platforms licenses management (contract renewal negotiations support, monitoring, renewal of Shopping Carts in line with contractual regulations)
  • Data Integration Platforms SLA´s up to date in line with new projects SLRs, harmonized in all the areas
  • Follow up/monitor Service Delivery status per area(DIV, and 4 national) with Service Provider/s
  • Lead Operations Managers activities, in line with Head of Product Service Line guidance and ITIL v4 best practices
  • Alignment with Product Manager in Data Integration team to maintain Service Planning and potential new needs up to date
  • Obsolescence Project Leader for Data Integration team
  • Lead complex RCAs related to main Data Integration Products, with the support of impacted Operation Managers
