As the Service Station Supervisor, you will To manage and supervise all phases of station operation, including personnel matters, purchasing gasoline and convenience store supplies and maintenance issues on the shift assigned.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the Manager with the day-to-day operation of the service station
Assist the Manager in training all new employees
Assist the Manager in the preparation of reports
Collect cash from pump attendants and cashiers and prepares it for lodgment according to company policy
Maintains customer service activities carried out by the pump attendants and cashiers
Discipline staff for any infringement while on assigned shift
Reports to Manager on any maintenance issues, accidents or incidents occurring on assigned shift
Knowledge of every aspect of service station operation and acts as the Manager in his or her absence
Carries out the basic responsibility of a cashier and pump attendant as the need arises
Understands and implements Company policies and procedures
Processing refunds and exchanges
resolving customer complaints
Completes shift report with CSR at the end of each shift
Check all POS transactions related to shift
Participates in stock count
Requirements:
An associate degree or 5 CSEC inclusive of Mathematics and English
Demonstrated Math, reading and writing skills to reconcile sales, prepare reports and emails
Able to create documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
