Job Responsibility:

Main contact person on site for all conference guests for all matters (technology, food and drinks, general information)
Ensure rooms are set up and prepared according to the function and schedule with attention to detail
Coordinate daily schedule independently and make sure that no coffee break or lunch is forgotten
Work hand in hand with colleagues from the events department

Requirements:

Initial experience in gastronomy or service as well as banquet sector
Knowledge about coffee specialties and enjoyment of trying out new creations
Passionate host who loves chatting with international guests
Enjoy approaching people
Bring your character
