Job Responsibility

Take full responsibility for the successful operational management of the Bali Brunch
Ensure smooth service processes and impeccable quality of our Bali Brunch platters
Actively work in day-to-day operations, both in the kitchen and in service
Onboard and train new team members
Organize trainings, team meetings, and power briefings for your existing team
Create true WOW experiences for our guests and make them feel genuinely welcome
Handle administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, creating manuals, guidelines, and checklists
Responsible for menu updates and menu design
Continuously develop and refine our Bali Brunch concept
