Job Description

This position focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients who utilize Bill Pay powered by Bill, ensuring they are guided through the registration process and supported with any inquiries about the product. The role combines high-volume outbound calling with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and mentor less experienced team members.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to clients enrolled in Bill Pay powered by Bill, assisting them with registration and addressing product-related questions
  • Provide quality service to clients by resolving inquiries and ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Paychex products, industry policies, and procedures
  • Identify and propose process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Utilize systems and software platforms, including Salesforce and Flex, to document interactions and manage workflows effectively
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Perform accurate data input while managing priorities and maintaining strong organizational skills
  • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution and completion
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using software tools to facilitate tasks like data management and document scanning

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
  • Comfortable with conducting outbound calls and engaging with clients effectively
  • Proven experience in customer outreach and providing solutions
  • Strong ability to work towards goals and metrics with resilience and motivation
  • Familiarity with software platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe Flex
  • Knowledge of industry procedures, policies, and compliance standards
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements
