Job Description

As a Service Specialist (Washroom) at Rentokil Initial, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of washroom facilities at client locations.

Job Responsibility

  • Conducting regular inspections of washroom areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
  • Restocking and maintaining supplies such as soaps, sanitizers, and toilet paper
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any washroom-related concerns promptly
  • Managing waste disposal and ensuring sanitary bins are regularly emptied and cleaned
  • Documenting service activities and reporting any issues to the Service Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum of “N” levels or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to work on-site at various client locations.
