Job Description:

Dynamic and motivated Service & Sales Manager to join team in Ashford. Play integral part in promoting centre within property/office space community, enhancing sales, and driving financial performance of the centre. Reporting to Directorship.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and commercial agents to generate interest and secure new clients
Drive sales by promoting available spaces and negotiating commercial terms
Maximise revenue by attracting new clients while ensuring retention of existing ones
Identify potential local occupiers and develop corporate account contacts
Implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote the centre and its facilities
Utilise social media platforms creatively and professionally to enhance the centre's online presence
Manage financial performance including billing, revenue collection, and financial reporting
Monitor and manage aged debtors effectively
Identify areas for additional revenue generation
Ensure centre operates within agreed annual budget
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and security
Foster culture of quality service and professionalism
Oversee client move-ins and modifications to fit-out and furniture requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring exceptional customer care

Requirements:

Solid experience in the operational running of a business centre or similar environment
Previous experience in office management
Strong networking skills and ability to maximise revenue opportunities
Effective leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills
Proactive and adaptable approach to work
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
