Job Description:

This is a foreign-owned manufacturing company with a plant in Suzhou, and its core product is a compressor. Report to the Sales GM.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed service sales targets
Identify and convert potential clients into long-term customers, ensuring consistent revenue growth
Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their needs
Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and feedback collection
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns that highlight our service advantages
Effectively manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
Ensure accurate forecasting and smooth handover to the service delivery team
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Provide sales training and represent the company at industry events to build our brand presence

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or service sectors, with a track record of meeting sales targets
Basic understanding of compressors and maintenance services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
Strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
