Job Description

The Service Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Regional Service Sales is responsible to negotiate favorable terms and conditions on long term service agreements, while at the same time supporting the sales WTG team to secure new WTG order intake (WTG: Wind Turbine Generator).

Job Responsibility

  • Negotiate service contracts and renewals
  • Develop pre-sales strategies and pricing tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and handover to operations
  • Lead complex negotiations, especially with international customers
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Support strategic sales initiatives and frames long-term agreements

Requirements

  • University degree in Commercial, legal or engineering, educational background
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with proven track record of completed deals
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, end-to-end thinking and negotiation skills
