As a Service Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in developing our Service business within Hygienic Fluid Handling (HFH) and Heat Transfer Technologies (HTT) across industries such as prepared food and beverage, dairy, pharma, and personal care. This is a highly collaborative and customer-facing role where your insights and initiative will directly influence business growth and long-term customer partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively drive service sales by leveraging our installed base through customer visits, marketing activities, and value-based selling
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to shape and execute effective sales plans aligned with divisional strategy and targets
Generate, qualify, and manage leads, converting opportunities into sustainable business
Conduct regular customer visits, follow up on quotations, and close opportunities to achieve sales targets
Expand service offerings within existing accounts and re-engage former customers
Promote and sell long-term Service Agreements, upgrades, connectivity solutions, repairs, and basic maintenance services
Collaborate with service operations to ensure successful order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management using digital tools
Requirements:
Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or business development within industrial environments
Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Knowledge of heat transfer technologies is highly valued
Experience working with service solutions, maintenance agreements, or aftermarket offerings is an advantage
Data-driven approach and confidence using digital sales and CRM tools
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the domestic market
Nice to have:
Knowledge of heat transfer technologies is highly valued
Experience working with service solutions, maintenance agreements, or aftermarket offerings is an advantage
