Job Responsibility:
Keeping the contact with your own internal/external customer and with various teams within BT
Transporting the information between teams and being able to provide feedback about the ongoing offer and order request
Tracking, following up your assigned requests (offers, orders)
Being able in case of needs intervene in the process to speed it up
Participating in weekly calls to give relevant feedback about your assigned requests
Requirements:
Customer focus – ability to communicate with customers as you wanted to be treated when using a service
Team work – working in collaboration with your direct and wider BT team, with a positive can-do attitude
Taking ownership – consider your requests as your own, be dedicated and take the extra mile
Problem-solving – help finding solutions to issues
User level knowledge in Microsoft application is what we need
Confident, fluent level of English
Nice to have:
German or Spanish is an advantage
