Job Responsibility:
Build and lead the European SCM team, including organizational structure, staffing, and performance management
Define and implement annual business goals for service commerce (LTSA and non-LTSA services), ensuring alignment with regional objectives
Standardize and control end-to-end service commercial processes, from commercial insight to order closing
Develop systems, tools, and capability-building programs for competitive analysis, cost estimation, and contract negotiation
Collaborate with R&D, Legal, Finance, and Project Delivery teams to ensure compliance and resolve cross-functional issues
Drive market strategy and risk control to maintain profitability and minimize compliance and penalty risks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, marketing, energy engineering, or related fields
5+ years of service experience in the new energy sector (PV/energy storage)
3+ years in the European market preferred
3+ years of cross-functional team management experience with proven success in achieving annual goals
Strong expertise in service commercial processes and financial analysis for project profitability
English C1 level as working language
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under high-pressure business rhythms
Nice to have:
other European languages are a plus
Familiarity with Sungrow service products (LTSA, spare parts, technical renovation) and scenarios like service provider management is a plus
