We are seeking an experienced Presales Manager – IT Infrastructure Services, responsible for driving technical solutions and supporting the sales function by designing, positioning, and presenting end-to-end infrastructure solutions aligned with customer business needs. With a strong background in system integration, the role bridges the gap between client requirements and delivery capabilities across domains such as data center, networking, and security.
Job Responsibility:
Stay updated on technology trends and market needs related to IT Services
Package new offerings to complement the existing offerings portfolio
Assess and repackage the current offerings portfolio for better market penetration
Interact regularly with the sales team to understand customer pain points in IT Services and suggest remedial measures that create business opportunities
Contribute expertise in preparing detailed responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI requests
Develop RFP responses by understanding customer needs and business requirements
Gather detailed requirements from customer RFPs
Engage in discussions with customers and stakeholders to seek clarifications on RFP requirements when required
Develop technical proposals with appropriate service design and solutions aligned with RFP requirements, while collaborating closely with sales and delivery teams for cost inputs and delivery planning
Respond to all requests for proposals and information requests
Create impactful presentations backed by market intelligence to support sales and account teams in specific pursuits
Participate in account mining and cross-selling activities and pitch relevant capabilities to generate new business opportunities
Create collaterals and case studies based on organizational offerings and delivered projects to address customer-specific business needs
Develop industry-specific technical whitepapers and collaterals
Engage strategically with tools, automation OEMs, and partners
Demonstrate good understanding of service delivery methodologies and frameworks
Possess good understanding of tools and automation technologies
Demonstrate understanding of Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) and experience in supporting technical proposals
Apply strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling approaches
Maintain flexibility and a proactive approach to customer engagement
Demonstrate experience in building and responding to RFPs
Requirements:
10–12 years of direct presales experience in primary sectors with a proven track record in business development
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, forecast revenue, and identify business growth opportunities
