Requirements

1 or more year experience of dishwashing, porter, or comparable position
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Thinks clearly, quickly, and maintains concentration during high pressure situations
Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 35 pounds
Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
Must be eligible to legally work in the United States

Job Responsibility

Stocks, cleans and maintains equipment and tableware for service including dishware, glassware, utensils and interior decor
Operates dish machine, cleaning tools and other equipment with precision and accuracy
Works closely with other front of house staff, including Runners and Servers on any immediate needs throughout service
Sets up the dining room for service
