Here at Vertu Motors, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Service Plan Sales team at our Head Office in Team Valley, Gateshead. We are offering a 39-hour working week across 5 days. Working Hours: Monday to Thur 9.30am to 6pm and Friday 9.30am to 5pm - No weekend Working. For this position, we are offering a competitive basic salary with on target earnings of £29,216.78.

Job Responsibility

  • Calling existing customers to encourage them to invest in a service plan
  • Informing customers of servicing and MOT requirements
  • Creating bespoke plans
  • Explaining features and benefits of priority service plans
  • Overcoming customer objections
