We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Service Partner Recruiting Associate to join our team in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with service partners while ensuring their qualifications align with industry standards. Your ability to engage effectively and maintain a steady, detail-oriented demeanor will be essential to success in this role.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct outbound calls to service partners, focusing on winter work opportunities
Follow up with partners who have not responded, ensuring their interest is confirmed
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gain insights and strengthen recruitment efforts
Qualify service providers by assessing their equipment and snow removal insurance coverage
Build and maintain positive relationships with service partners through effective communication
Work closely with a team of eight, serving as a key contact for designated team members
Evaluate the suitability of service providers based on their ability to meet industry requirements
Troubleshoot and address any challenges that arise during the recruitment process
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and document partner information
Support team operations by scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-up activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, outbound sales, or recruitment, preferably in the construction or outdoor trades industry
Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software for data entry and correspondence
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport
Self-motivated and steady under pressure, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving within a customer-focused environment
Nice to have:
Understanding of general liability insurance requirements for service providers
Familiarity with order entry and scheduling systems to support team operations
