We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Service Partner Recruiting Associate to join our team in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with service partners while ensuring their qualifications align with industry standards. Your ability to engage effectively and maintain a steady, detail-oriented demeanor will be essential to success in this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to service partners, focusing on winter work opportunities
  • Follow up with partners who have not responded, ensuring their interest is confirmed
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gain insights and strengthen recruitment efforts
  • Qualify service providers by assessing their equipment and snow removal insurance coverage
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with service partners through effective communication
  • Work closely with a team of eight, serving as a key contact for designated team members
  • Evaluate the suitability of service providers based on their ability to meet industry requirements
  • Troubleshoot and address any challenges that arise during the recruitment process
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and document partner information
  • Support team operations by scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-up activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, outbound sales, or recruitment, preferably in the construction or outdoor trades industry
  • Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software for data entry and correspondence
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport
  • Self-motivated and steady under pressure, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving within a customer-focused environment

Nice to have

  • Understanding of general liability insurance requirements for service providers
  • Familiarity with order entry and scheduling systems to support team operations
