Service officer

• Monitor daily notifications and circulars from primary vendors (DTC, CDS, TSE, Bloomberg)
• Analyze circulars to determine event eligibility, tax implications, and foreign currency exchange (FX) risks
• Maintain the accuracy of US Custody books by performing daily income, dividend, and interest payment reconciliations
• Interface with transfer agents and internal departments to confirm offering materials and finalize submission timelines
• Manage corporate action files, coordinate mailings, and ensure translation requests for French-speaking holders are handled promptly

• 5–7 years of experience in financial processing, accounting, or back-office banking operations
• Advanced understanding of dividend systems, credit/debit processes, and financial reconciliation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma required
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is strongly preferred

• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) designation
• Previous experience specifically within Corporate Actions or US Custody systems
