Job Responsibility
Accurately review, compile, sort, and input critical, non-financial client data from source documents into multiple internal systems
Compare entered data against source documents to detect, correct, or escalate discrepancies, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance
Manage internal team email queues and communications professionally and efficiently
Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within a 24-48 hour turnaround window
Participate in quick, daily 15-20 minute team huddles to align on daily volumes and workload strategies
Maintain clear and detailed logs of daily activities and completed work
Requirements
University Degree is required
2–4 years of experience within a financial or banking environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
A stable career history showing commitment
Nice to have
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically with Macros
