We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Manager. This role is ideal for someone who has the skills and passion to lead and manage a complex mental health supported living service. Abbots Grange is an 11 bed mixed sex scheme with a combination of self-contained flats and shared living. The people we support are allocated a key worker and will be supported in a recovery led way, incorporating tools such as Recovery Stars, weekly planners and budget planning
Job Responsibility
Effective day-to-day operation of the service
Oversee coordination of new referrals and assessments
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centred support and care
Provide leadership and management to a team of Support Workers and the Senior Support Worker
Ensure the service consistently meets all regulatory requirements
Maintain full compliance with CQC standards
Promote best practice across all areas of service delivery
Requirements
Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 5 (or higher), or equivalent qualification
A management qualification, or willingness to work towards one
Experience supporting adults with complex or challenging behaviours from a management perspective
Previous supervisory or management experience within the care sector
A genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives
Self-motivated, empathetic, and able to lead a team effectively
