As Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, strong financial results, and high operational standards.
Job Responsibility
Delivering customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer national average
Ensuring robust processes and controls are in place across the service operation
Managing departmental costs in line with business plans while maintaining quality and service standards
Ensuring full compliance with manufacturer and Group standards
Creating and maintaining a safe, professional working environment
Monitoring, developing and motivating colleague performance to maximise results
Requirements
Experienced Service Manager (or in a closely aligned senior service leadership role) with a proven track record of improving performance, profitability and efficiency
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to engage, motivate and develop high‑performing teams
Commercially astute, customer‑focused and an effective communicator
Drive and credibility to lead a department and contribute positively to the wider business
