As Service Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service. You will coordinate new referrals and assessments, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead and manage a team of Support Workers, clinical leads and a Deputy Manager providing guidance, supervision, and support. A key part of your role will be ensuring the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulatory standards and best practice.

Requirements
Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 5 (or higher), or equivalent qualification
A management qualification, or willingness to work towards one
Experience supporting adults with complex or challenging behaviours from a management perspective
Previous supervisory or management experience within the care sector
A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives
Self-motivated, empathetic, and able to lead a team effectively
