Job Responsibility
Implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer’s national average
monitoring and controlling costs in line with business plans while maintaining quality standards
ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards
ensuring full compliance with manufacturer standards at all times
maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
monitoring, motivating, and developing colleague performance
Requirements
Proven track record as a Service Manager or in a very similar role
ability to deliver strong results across performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
strong leadership and people management skills
ability to drive the business forward while maximising customer satisfaction
excellent communication and organisational skills
