Job Responsibility:
Implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, above the manufacturer national average
Monitoring and controlling costs in line with the business plan, while maintaining high quality and service standards
Ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group requirements
Maintaining full compliance with manufacturer standards at all times
Creating and sustaining a safe, professional working environment
Monitoring, managing, and developing colleague performance
