Job Responsibility:
Lead, motivate and develop the Service Advisor and Workshop teams
To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service
To ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards
To ensure that the manufacturers standards are always adhered to
To make sure there is a safe working environment which is maintained
To monitor colleague performance
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager
Strong people‑leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate
A passion for delivering 5‑star customer service
Excellent organisational and commercial awareness
Nice to have:
Experience within a premium or franchised dealership
