Job Responsibility
Lead the planning and design of new and existing local services
Line manage, supervise, and appraise Team Facilitators to build strong, capable teams
Manage Individual Service Funds (ISF) and maintain efficient, transparent financial administration systems
Utilize Quality Assurance systems and audits to ensure all services meet or exceed internal standards and external regulatory requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for families, health services, and local authorities, proudly representing Enable at external forums
Promote safe working practices across your region and proactively manage staff attendance and wellbeing

Experience working in the voluntary sector
Specific management training or qualifications with the learning disability field
