Job Responsibility

  • Lead the planning and design of new and existing local services
  • Line manage, supervise, and appraise Team Facilitators to build strong, capable teams
  • Manage Individual Service Funds (ISF) and maintain efficient, transparent financial administration systems
  • Utilize Quality Assurance systems and audits to ensure all services meet or exceed internal standards and external regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families, health services, and local authorities, proudly representing Enable at external forums
  • Promote safe working practices across your region and proactively manage staff attendance and wellbeing
